“If you come to a place of total helplessness, total powerlessness, don’t resist – just observe. You might find something that up until then you have been missing.” – Mooji

Are you feeling all over the place emotionally? If so, you are not alone, and it is happening for a specific reason. In these times, it is VERY easy to feel all internal resistance that is playing out within – thanks to the high energies that are that are bringing all of our issues to the surface. These high energies could be metaphorically described as waves of water adding pressure against all blockages and barriers within ourselves. It’s uncomfortable to hold on isn’t it? I can say this from my own experience: YES it is. These old thought patterns, beliefs, insecurities, defense mechanisms, false identities, emotional baggage, judgments and fears are getting heavier and much more difficult to carry along in our journey… Why? Because it’s heavy. It’s time to let go of what limits us, of what comes in between our natural state. It’s time to open the gates of resistance and let the light in.

It may feel difficult to take this “leap of faith”. Letting go in complete vulnerability may sound like the worst idea to an ego that has been conditioned to want to control everything and avoid facing itself. But the moment we completely open ourselves up without any judgment and resistance… the built up water is released and after a while, the ocean becomes still again. It is only then that we can truly hear ourselves – not our thoughts – but our inner knowing. It is only then that we are able to observe everything for what it is, and become one with our natural state of peace. By letting go of all resistance and judgment, we allow the denser energies we have held onto to rise through us so we can fully feel and release them.

Remember this: The only reason we try to hold on is fear, the core of all illusions. For us to evolve and see things from a higher perspective, we need to let go of the weights (belief systems, perceptions, emotional baggage etc.) that drag us down. Instead of dreading the moments where everything is coming to the surface, let’s embrace its purpose of inner transformation. After all, crashing realities allow new worlds to emerge 😉 Time to let go and fly!

“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” ― Mother Teresa

“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” ― Mother Teresa

A number of people recently have approached me about feeling “hopeless” when it comes to change happening on the planet. This is something I have experienced myself and wanted to share some insight with you all. The thought can leave us with a feeling of being discouraged, doubtful and even powerless at times and in order to move through this, we have to let go of how the thought of hopelessness makes us feel and how it limits us. When we’re discouraged and doubtful, where does it lead? It can trigger frustration, anger, resentment, separation, judgement, etc. All stories that take us away from being ourselves and experiencing each moment peacefully, with clarity and without limitation.

We all chose to be here at this time and we all have our gifts that we bring to the collective. Whenever someone comes to me about this, I always ask them how it makes them feel to do work that is assisting in bringing about change. Everyone always responds with the same answer of it being what resonates most, but when our minds take over and start to rationalize why it’s not fulfilling, we begin to fall into a trap of discomfort and resistance towards what we’re experiencing. I completely understand the feeling of putting your heart into something and not accomplishing the results that you had hoped for, but all we can do is set our intentions and allow it to present as it needs to. We have to let go of needing to control our external world. We are going through a shift in consciousness that is happening worldwide and there is a lot of different perspectives on the human experience, but at the end of the day, learning to be in tune with what resonates with each of us individually is where strength lies. The more of us who come to strengthen our own inner knowing and apply it to our everyday lives, sharing it with the world, the more powerful we can be together and work together.

One of the most important things that is holding back humanity from shifting more rapidly is a lack of unification in efforts and vision. Change isn’t something that is hopeless, change is ever constant. It’s what we decide to do with our power to create that will determine the outcome of our future. All in all, if things seem slow or doubtful, ask yourself what else you would like to do. What makes you feel whole and the most like yourself? We can joke about stuff like giving up and going to chase riches to live the “ideal life” within this system or something like leaving this experience (checking out), but the opportunity for growth and the potential on this planet right now has never before been as open as it is now. We’ve got our foot in the door, it’s now time to walk through it. When change seems hopeless, be yourself and live from your heart. Be that light to shine wherever you are, with whatever you’re doing. You never know how powerful it may be or where it could lead to!

Much love and light,

The anniversary of John F Kennnedy’s assassination. He was killed because he spoke up to what was REALLY going on with the elite. He refused to be their puppet as the other politicians agree to. And to think, ‘the magic bullet theory’ is still the official story. Not only does it defy logic, it also goes to show you the blind faith people have for authority. Always question authority, and feel with heart resonace for truth.

“When we judge other people we’re putting them in a box, but this desire to judge comes from a box that we’ve put ourselves in first. When we judge other people we're putting them in a box, but this desire to judge comes from a box that we've put ourselves in first. Our relationship with others is a reflection of our relationship with ourselves. We're not here to judge anything, we're here to go beyond our limits. A very powerful and serving practice right now to shift our lives and in turn the world, is to let go of judgement in all forms. When we learn to stop judging ourselves and our own experiences, we can truly learn to see the beauty and the interconnectedness that we all share in this amazing journey!

“Another way to access the field of pure potentiality is through the practice of non-judgment. Judgment is the constant evaluation of things as right or wrong, good or bad. When you are constantly evaluating, classifying, labeling, analyzing, you create a lot of turbulence in your internal dialogue. This turbulence constricts the flow of energy between you and the field of pure potentiality. You literally squeeze the “gap” between thoughts.

The gap is your connection to the field of pure potentiality. It is that state of pure awareness, that silent space between thoughts, that inner stillness that connects you to true power. And when you squeeze the gap, you squeeze your connection to the field of pure potentiality and infinite creativity.

There is a prayer in A Course in Miracles that states, “Today I shall judge nothing that occurs.” Non-judgment creates silence in your mind. It is a good idea, therefore, to begin your day with that statement.” ~Deepak Chopra

“Man cannot remake himself without suffering, for he is both the marble and the sculptor.” ~Alexis Carrel

What if being truthful to yourself and others could never really hurt anyone even when it appears that way? What if “coming clean” with yourself and those around you, no matter how much judgement and challenges you may trigger from doing so, is actually the greatest service you could possibly offer to yourself and everybody else? What if it is impossible for you to hurt someone, and for someone to
hurt you?

“But I know what it is like to be hurt… and it’s horrible. I’d be willing to give up parts of my self to avoid others being hurt and I’d like it if others did the same for me.”

This way of thinking may seem reasonable, even noble… but here is a little story that offers a different perspective.

There once was this king surrounded by servants, jokers, caretakers, friends… all of whom were putting up a face to please him, to reassure him of his worth, handsomeness, wealth etc. Everyone knew the king had major self-esteem issues, insecurities, fears, and ultimately had no self-love. The smallest little remark, action or event that would burst his bubble and remind him of his pain would make him lose it. It took an entire staff who would give him the “right” attention, say the “right” words and tell him the “right” stories to keep him “happy”. Ask yourself… is this serving his highest good? Is this allowing him to heal, or is this just delaying the lessons he needs to learn?

In this story, the king represents the ego within all of us, the emotional pains, false identities, insecurities and limiting beliefs that our minds are afraid to face and release. Now if we love someone and desire nothing but for them to feel at peace and whole within themselves, would we really want to preserve their painful illusions by refusing to bring them up to the surface? If we trigger pain in someone or someone triggers pain in us, is it “their fault”, or did they simply bring up the existing insecurities WE were unconsciously holding onto all along?

The truth is, all challenges present opportunities for us to grow, look deeper within ourselves and let go of the perceptions that do not need control over our lives anymore. It is truly a blessing in disguise. If someone is going through emotional turmoil – whether we helped trigger it or not – it is exactly what their soul is asking for so that they can see what beliefs and thoughts are running their experience. If we can’t stand to see other’s having emotional reactions, then it is exactly what our soul is asking for so we can learn to see beyond the surface of things and acknowledge the servitude of such experiences.

As challenging as following our heart may seem in a society that praises victimization and sacrifice, think of it as a way for you to free yourself while opening the door for others to do the same. After all, what lies beyond all of these barriers, beliefs and fears the ego is trying to protect, is the natural state of love, peace and completeness we have all been busy chasing elsewhere.

“Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could spare them from all suffering? No, it wouldn’t. They would not evolve as human beings and would remain shallow, identified and attached to external form of things. Suffering can drive you deeper. The paradox is that suffering is caused by identification with form and erodes identification with form. As long as you resist suffering, it is a slow process because the resistance creates more ego to burn up. When you accept suffering, however, there is an acceleration of that process which is brought about by the fact that you suffer consciously. You can accept suffering for yourself, or you can accept it for someone else, such as your child or parent. In the midst of conscious suffering there is already the transmutation. The fire of suffering becomes the light of consciousness.” – Eckhart Tolle
