Happy New Moon!
For most of 2018, we had this slower energy coursing through the months that may have left us feeling held back, restricted, or unsure of how to move forward. We may have had ideas or plans, but we may have found it hard to execute them to the fullest of our potential.
2018 was really a year for inner growth, which is why we may not have traveled as far as we would have liked to in a physical sense. On an inner level however, it is likely we have moved leaps and bounds, and made huge progress when it comes to our spiritual and emotional development.
Under the lunar vibes of this Dark Moon, we are going to see just how far we have traveled, and who we have now become. We are going to get a glimpse of just how much we have grown and achieved throughout the year.
2018 was a year of growth, and in some monumental way, something inside you shifted. Something inside you has blossomed, and you are about to find out what that is.
All you need to do is use the energies of the December New Moon to open your eyes, your mind, and your heart, and travel within so you can witness what is now in bloom.
You are blooming, you have done the work. The time has come now to rest, enjoy, and seek adventure as we enter into the holiday season.
Try not to focus on all the things that you should or shouldn’t have done, and instead focus on how far you have come. 2018 was a challenging year, but you made it and you are stronger now because of it.
Celebrate how far you have come. Celebrate all you have achieved. Be proud of yourself, for here you are still standing, still glowing, still interested in becoming the best you can be. And this is always worth celebrating.”

“I thought the earth remembered me, she took me back so tenderly, arranging her dark skirts, her pockets full of lichens and seeds. I slept as never before, a stone on the riverbed, nothing between me and the white fire of the stars but my thoughts, and they floated light as moths among the branches of the perfect trees. All night I heard the small kingdoms breathing around me, the insects, and the birds who do their work in the darkness. All night I rose and fell, as if in water, grappling with a luminous doom. By morning I had vanished at least a dozen times into something better.” ~Mary Oliver
