“Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we learn. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and prejudices and the acceptance of love back in our hearts. Love is the essential reality and our purpose on Earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life. Meaning does not lie in things. Meaning lies in us.” ~Marianne Williamson

One small thing all of us can do on our way to a beautiful new world: spread a little LOVE to others whenever the opportunity arises. That very moment, the love comes back to you as well. Can you feel it?

“I dream of a beautiful, happy world where everyone is friends and fighting becomes a rarity… So what do I do to help make this happen? I believe the small things we do, can have a positive impact on everyone and everything around us and find smiling and wishing a good day to the people we meet can be amazing!

Doing this makes me love the community I live in, especially when they wish a good day in return ♥ it helps that person behind the check-out counter in the local shop have a brighter day, because they’ve had a pleasant customer that’s acknowledged their existence. If they’re wearing a name badge I’ll use their name to greet them with, which makes it a personal greeting to them. It even has a positive impact on the next time I meet that person, as they are more likely to remember me and be friendly.

I’ve made many friends in my local community by doing this; many stop me in the street to have a chat, which is lovely. I’ve learnt so much from the people I’ve met; including other languages and fantastic recipes. The best thing about this is that it all came from that initial smile followed by a greeting for a good morning and the wish of a lovely day.

Please have a good day everyone, be that person you’d like to be friends with and don’t forget to smile :-)” -Mo Taylor
