“My primary relationship is with myself- all others are mirrors of it. As I learn to love myself, I automatically receive the love and appreciation that I desire from others. If I am committed to myself and to living my truth, I will attract others with equal commitment. My willingness to be intimate with my own deep feelings creates the space for intimacy with another. As I learn to love myself, I receive the love I desire from others.” ~Shakti Gawain

“Know dear ones, that if you love, really love, the gifts of the mother earth will be seen by you and all the beautiful gifts she wants you to enjoy. If you Love, really love, your friends around you will seem like saints just there for you to share with. Now my dearest and beautiful friends I know if you love, really love, you will ascend to kingdoms created by hearts as like yours. I am already feeling your love and it is changing every thing even as we communicate at this moment. Turn from the illusion, your world awaits your beauty which comes with your feelings and thoughts. Watch not the old world as it destroys itself… its time has come to slip away to a vibration only it can create.” Blessings ~ Luke Le Bree.

How do you stop a disagreement between a driver and a cyclist from turning ugly? LOVE. After a van almost collided with a rider, traffic stopped and a heated argument began to develop until Russell Brand got out of his car and approached the guy on the bike and gave him a hug. The cyclist then smiled and laughed and rode off. Much respect and appreciation to Russell for walking his talk and spreading the love.

“So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.” ~ Jon Krakauer, Into the Wild
