Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day!
Having a little solo dance party in my living room :) really lovin’ the good vibes from this song…
“He who jumps into the void owes no explanation to those who stand and watch.” ~ Jean-Luc Godard
“Don’t be so quick to believe in the mind’s projections. You are not the mind. Don’t come under its spell. The mind is a great magician. It has hypnotised 7 billion human beings. In the realm of personhood, it is full of tricks and has the power to make a lot of mischief, confusion, distortion and delusion. But yours is a greater power. It is the power of the pure Self. The power to observe with detachment, to recognise that all phenomena are transient appearances and that oneself is the formless witness—timeless and ever-perfect.” ~ Mooji
Congratulations to Malala on winning the Nobel Peace Prize. Love her!
Allan Law has spent the last 12 years helping those in need. He leaves his home around 8 p.m. and doesn’t return until noon the next day. What could he be doing during those hours? He’s out on the streets of Minneapolis passing out sandwiches and other basic essentials. Last year alone, Allan passed out over 520,000 sandwiches, 2,000 blankets, 3,000 pairs of socks to the homeless. “The Sandwich Man” is truly an example of the goodness in the world. Such a beautiful soul.
