I do this Dailey & I live in the city.the flowers ,animal’s ,birds,nature in general ,sky,stars,all are beautifully vibrant & illuminateing.I smell the flowers as I walk,there have a beautiful aura and I go inside ,yes .
Once I read somewhere, that all living beings in nature: trees, flowers, hills, they enjoy our admiration and thrive on it. It gives them energy. So these days I make a point of it to silently tell every tree, every flower: ”You are beautiful.”
