  1. What a great quote from BJ! He’s right music is power. I actually just started a video blog discussing the creative process/evolution of arts culture. the first one i did explores whether music acts on our minds the same way that drugs do…you know, changing our state of consciousness, moods, figuratively transporting us places we couldn’t get to w/o music. what do you think? thanks!

    • There’s nothing that has the power to stir my soul or lift my spirits quite like music. During the Civil Rights era, music was instrumental in uniting them to be able to stand together against the powers that be and ultimately be victorious in those efforts. If you haven’t seen it yet, you should check out the documentary Soundtrack for a Revolution. Similarly, I think music will be instrumental in our own evolution that is currently under way and in helping to unite us in our cause to move humanity in a new direction. It is time for everyone to wake up, and I think music will be a powerful tool to help do that. Thanks for your comment and for trying to make a difference. Peace and love to you!

      • hey thank you! I will have to check that Soundtrack for a Revolution out. it’s interesting, I was talking to someone the other day who was convinced that our economy will favor the artistic community in another 50 years—a cool thought!

      • Hi Jonathan. I think we are headed for some massive changes in this world of ours. Some will be slower than others, but when all is said and done, I believe that love and service to others will be the most valued things in our society. We have been living in a very left brained world, and I believe we will shift to where the right brain is more dominant. I think we will be much more creative and intuitive, both individually and collectively, and that music and art will play a much bigger role in our lives. We are starting to wake up which is a beautiful thing, and it’s only the beginning.

        Love and light, Jenny
