“Advice? I don’t have advice. Stop aspiring and start writing. If you’re writing, you’re a writer. Write like you’re a goddamn death row inmate and the governor is out of the country and there’s no chance for a pardon. Write like you’re clinging to the edge of a cliff, white knuckles, on your last breath, and you’ve got just one last thing to say, like you’re a bird flying over us and you can see everything, and please, for God’s sake, tell us something that will save us from ourselves. Take a deep breath and tell us your deepest, darkest secret, so we can wipe our brow and know that we’re not alone. Write like you have a message from the king. Or don’t. Who knows, maybe you’re one of the lucky ones who doesn’t have to.” ~ Alan Wilson Watts

  1. Dear Under The Blue Door, I love your work! It’s even possible that given the time I would like every single post. Thank you for your talents. Where do they come from? Peace and blessings. Michele

    • Thanks Michele for your lovely comment. It is so nice to get feedback. I am still in the midst of my personal journey of awakening and at times it feels like I am just at the tip of the iceburg. I am really just now starting to understand some of what my gifts and talents are as I spent my whole life feeling as if I had no special talent. My sister and I were guided to start this movement and start a website. Prior to that, I had no knowledge of websites, did not read blogs, and really wasn’t involved with social media at all. I have just been learning as I go. I still have A LOT to learn and we have big things planned for the website once we can get some programming support, etc. Currently I have done everything on the website myself, and my sister and I team up on our Facebook and Instagram site. In the future more of us will be involved in the movement and we will be doing some of our own art and music. For now, I am just constantly looking for art or music or quotes or inspiring things to put up and combine together in such a way that it will hopefully stir some souls out there.

      Much love, Jenny
